About the role
\nPrepares financial reports, keeps business books and maintains databases that serve for business planning and analysis.
\nBe in charge of income, expenses and calculation of the company\u2019s financial results.
\nTaking care of the following: calculations of salaries, travel orders, debts to suppliers and receivables from customers, calculations of tax expenses, sick leave, etc.
\nIf necessary, manages the cash register, for which they keep a cash register and prepare cash reports.
\nKeeps records of the company\u2019s fixed assets, documentation of warehouse operations
\nSpend time covering our clients businesses \u2013 specifically their financial needs and goals
\nHas the appropriate level of knowledge and experience for independent management of business books, preparation and compilation of financial reports, internal audit and control reports and external audit
\nUndertake tax planning exercises for clients
\nPrepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
\nAssist with tax audits and tax returns
\nSupport month-end and year-end close process
\nDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
\nAnalyze financial information and summarize financial status
\nRequirements \u2013 What we are looking for:
\nAt least 3-5 years\u2019 experience in Accounting department
\nAdvanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and Pivot tables
\nPrevious experience in Pantheon is an advantage
\nAwareness of business trends
\nFamiliarity with financial accounting statements
\nDegree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
\nFluent in English
