border=\"0\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\" style=\"border: 0;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zbog dana\u0161njeg ubrzanog ritma \u017eivota, buke, tehnologije koja nas okru\u017euje, kad kre\u0107emo u gradnju poslovnog ili stambenog objekta, svi te\u017eimo tome da nam bude osiguran mir, pa od stambenih objekata gradimo prave male izolovane tvr\u0111ave.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pvc-stolarija.com.hr\/files\/images\/provjetravanje-plijesan.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"PVC stolarija onemogu\u0107ava pojavu plijesni na zidu kao kod drvene stolarije\" style=\"float: right;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Kondenzacija se pojavljuje u dobro zatvorenim prostorijama jer je onemogu\u0107eno odvo\u0111enje vlage iz prostorije gde se boravi. Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da 3 osobe koje borave u prostoriji proizvode do 8 l vode na dan. Isto tako i u periodima visoke temperaturne razlike vani u odnosu na temperaturu u prostoriji. Kondenzacija se pojavljuje na slabije za\u0161ti\u0107enim mestima na rubovima stakla, a ako takve pojave traju du\u017ee vreme <strong>dolazi do pojave plesni<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>U svim novoizgra\u0111enim objektima kao i pri renoviranju starijih objekata ukoliko se ne po\u0161tuju neke od zakonitosti gradnje dolazi do pojave kondenzacije i plesni na zidovima. To osim \u0161to dovodi do o\u0161te\u0107enja objekta, <strong>bitno naru\u0161ava kvalitetu stanovanja<\/strong>, ali isto tako mo\u017ee i izazvati ozbiljne zdravstvene probleme.<\/p>\n<p>Ne sme se zaboraviti da se u svim novoizgra\u0111enim objektima zadr\u017eava odre\u0111eni procenat vlage pa je <strong>pojava kondenzacije gotovoneizbe\u017ena<\/strong>, dok isu\u0161ivanje objekta mo\u017ee trajati i po nekoliko godina. Ne adekvatna gradnja tako\u0111e pogoduje kondenzaciji zbog pojave termo-mostova, kao i nedostatak provetravanja prostorija.<\/p>\n<p>Paradoksalno zvu\u010di podatak, obzirom na dana\u0161nje tehnologije gra\u0111enja i napredne materijale, u starijim gra\u0111evinama pojava kondenzacije i plesni je puno re\u0111a nego u novoizgra\u0111enim objektima. Razlozi su u primenjenim materijalima (glina, kre\u010d) koji su morali ispuniti znatno ni\u017ee zahteve u pogledu difuzije vodene pare (prolaz vodene pare kroz gra\u0111evinski element od toplije strane prostorije ka hladnijoj vanjskoj strani).<\/p>\n<p>Zatim, u primenjenim prozorskim sastavima, kod one starije izrade, kod kojih je zaptivka znatno lo\u0161ija (koeficijent propusnosti fuge do 10 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/mh tj. za 1 sat kroz 1m\u00b4 fuge krilo-\u0161tok pro\u0111e 10 m<sup>3<\/sup> vazduha dok 1m\u00b4 fuge krilo-\u0161tok kod novih prozora za 1 sat propusti u prosjeku 0,1 m<sup>3<\/sup> vazduha.<\/p>\n<p>Koliko god da je menjanje vazduha po\u017eeljno i ima prednosti ipak, <strong>mana starijih objekata je u potro\u0161nji energije<\/strong>, jer za postizanje odgovaraju\u0107e temperature ve\u0107a je potro\u0161nja energije za grejanje, a me\u0111u probleme dana\u0161njice ubraja se i sve ve\u0107a potreba za o\u010duvanjem prirodnih resursa i okoline i \u0161to ve\u0107oj redukciji tro\u0161kova energije jer su cene u stalnom porastu. Objekat mora biti izveden tako da se postigne \u0161to bolja toplotna izolacija.<\/p>\n<div class=\"slika lijevo\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pvc-stolarija.com.hr\/files\/images\/provjetravanje-kondenzacija.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Pojava kondenzacije na staklu ne dovoljno dobrog PVC profila\" style=\"float: left;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Koliko god zabavna bila, pojava kondenzacije na staklu nedovoljno dobrog PVC profila mo\u017ee izazvati ozbiljne zdravstvene probleme.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Vazduh mo\u017ee apsorbovati izvesnu koli\u010dinu vlage (relativna vla\u017enost vazduha, izra\u017eava se u procentima). Koli\u010dinu vlage koju vazduh mo\u017ee apsorbovati zavisi od temperature. \u0160to je vi\u0161a temperatura to vazduh mo\u017ee primiti vi\u0161e vodene pare, tj. ako zagrejavamo hladan i vla\u017ean vazduh, isu\u0161ujemo ga i time raste njegova sposobnost absorpcije vodene pare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Provetravanje prostorije<\/strong> u nju uvodi sve\u017eiji i hladniji vazduh, a vazduh u prostoriji koji je topao i vla\u017ean isu\u0161uje se, i tako mo\u017ee primiti vi\u0161e vlage, \u0161to u normalnom slu\u010daju traje nekoliko sati. <strong>Ako se provetravanje pravilno dozira<\/strong> ne\u0107e do\u0107i do toga da se vla\u017ean vazduh gomila i tako stvara kondenzaciju na povr\u0161ini predmeta. Ukoliko je vla\u017enost vazduha toliko visoka izdvaja se suvi\u0161na vlaga i talo\u017ei se. Nedostatak je upravo u tome jer ova osobina vazduha razlog je nastanka kondenzacije.
